Mark’s client base includes development stage, private equity-backed, and publicly traded blue-chip companies. Previous Experience
Before founding Tyler Lake Consulting, Mark was a Principal at ZRG Partners within their Life Sciences division. He worked across multiple functions, spending a large part of his time helping to scale early-stage biotech companies. In his previous role, he led executive search for North America as a Client Partner with a boutique search firm focused on life sciences. He was also a Managing Consultant, Life Sciences at Korn Ferry. During this time, he built key relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech executives worldwide. In addition, he worked closely with the advisory and consultancy division to guide his clients on a variety of key inflection points for their businesses. Earlier in his career, he served as Manager for the R&D search practice at a top boutique life science retained executive search firm.
